Shipping

We ship futon frames and other items that are in stock immediately. FUTONS, that are not in stock take 2 weeks to order. Storage beds and captain beds are made to order within 1-2 weeks. Shipping is FREE within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island and includes only a curbside delivery. Installation is available! For an installation quote, please call (212) 444-8993. The installation quote will vary depending on what items you are interested in purchasing and must only be paid upon delivery.

Cancellation/Return Policy

Contact our customer service department for return authorization number and instructions prior to shipping merchandise back. Enclose the original receipt or a copy of it with your return. Please include the authorization number inside the box and not on the outside of the box.excluding any shipping and Handling charges Never write anything on the manufacturer\'s box. Refunds, exchanges and returns may only be made within 7 days of receiving. the merchandise if return is in original mint (brand new). All supplied manufacture accessories must be included in original factory packaging when returning the item. Failure to return all or any supplied accessories will result in complete forfeiture of your credit. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs of returning or exchanging the product.

Please note that there will be a 20% Return/Cancellation fee for all Returns and Cancellation of orders. All Storage beds, Captains beds, Chest of Drawers , Wardrobes, Closets and other special orders are not returnable because these items have to be custom made. Mattresses are non returnable once it has been opened and used by the customer.

Mattresses:  Mattresses are not returnable once removed from plastic bag, or if evidence of tampering or repackaging of mattress exists. Mattresses that have never been removed from original bag can be returned up to 7 days after purchase, or after date of delivery, or after date when merchandise was removed from store by customer, customer\'s agent, or store\'s agent. There is a 20% restocking fee that will apply for any new returned mattress, and there are no exceptions to this policy. It is solely the responsibility of the customer to transport returned merchandise to the store. A2Z Furniture will not pick up, transfer, or bring items back to store for any reason, However we can arrange a delivery service to pickup merchandise that needs to be returned or exchanged for an additional fee which is paid directly to the delivery service. All merchandise must be in its original carton. As soon as we receive the goods back we will check to see that no parts are missing and then we will issue credit to your account. You must get a return authorization number prior to shipping the goods back. .

Shipping - Truck Freight

These products are too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. DHL, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via truck freight. Truck freight is different than standard DHL, FedEx or US Mail in that you will be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the truck into your house (or wherever it\'s going).

The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.
